1000 Paper Cranes

My aim is to raise £1,000 to donate to the charity The Social-bite who are an organisation who's movement is to end homlessness.
At the beginning of lockdown, after hearing the Japanese legend of 1,000 paper cranes-which states that the person who folds 1,000 paper cranes will be granted 1 wish from the gods and so i began to fold. In May I lost my dad and so the project became much more personal to me. Its taken me months but now Ive completed the folding and once I've strung them I intend to fly them from the roof of a building in Glasgow and take my wish. I hope that all my friends and family and community will get involved and buy a crane for £1 in memory of someone lost to them and share in this experience and hopefully their love and kindnes s will reach their loved one too.
