Hi I am Chiara, Teresina’s granddaughter, and I’m raising funds to help my beloved grandmother - Nonna Rina - continue living in the care home she cherishes — just in time for her 100th birthday.

On the 22nd of June, Nonna Rina is turning 100 years old, and she is truly the heart of our family. Her life has been filled with faith, kindness, and quiet strength. She has always given to others — now I want to give something back to her.

She currently lives in a wonderful care home run by loving nuns, a place that nurtures both her physical and spiritual well-being. It brings her peace, comfort, and a strong sense of community rooted in her deep Catholic faith. She feels at home there — and at her age, having that sense of belonging is everything.

Why this matters to me:

Teresina is not just my grandmother; she’s my role model. She raised her family with love, lived simply, and found joy in prayer and service. Reaching 100 is such a rare and special milestone — and I want her to feel not just celebrated, but supported.

How the funds will be used:

To help cover the cost of her stay at the care home

To ensure she can continue receiving the spiritual and personal care she values

To support a small birthday celebration in the home with the nuns and residents

To show her how deeply she is loved and appreciated
