I’m doing 100 push-ups a day to raise funds to this amazing charity.
As a serving soldier of The British Army, this charity means a lot as there are men working with the charity that are veterans, still serving and other servicemen… and I’m making it my goal to do the challenge from 1st November to the final day of the month. I will be keeping the challenge progress updated on here and my insta…a.witcomb. The progress will be recorded on a app called push which is 100% accurate and have connected to my Strava so I can screen shot and upload on here and my instagram.
This challenge will be physically and mentally challenging which I love the sound of, I’m doing this because I’ve always wanted to do something that involves fitness for charity as fitness is a big part of my daily routine… This challenge will require a daily discipline that I will keep up everyday from start of November to the very end.
3,000 pushups will be the total I’ve done after the month fundraiser has ended, it is going to be a bit of a lick nearer the end but it is more then worth it as it is for a good cause
Thank you for all support and motivation you lot will bring me in November, more then excited for it to start.
