100 MOVEMENTS A DAY IN MAY = > 100 MDM
Embark on a journey of strength, resilience, and remembrance. This challenge is a tribute to Zi Rayne, who died in 2021 Memorial Day Weekend at the age of 18. Doing 100 movements daily (push-ups, situ-ups, squats, jumping jacks) in May will signify more than just physical exertion; it embodies our dedication, perseverance, and love for those we've lost, and our determination to leave a positive impact on this world. These movements symbolize our capacity to overcome obstacles, past pains, setbacks, and regrets, while emerging stronger on the other side.
Challenge:
Do 100 movements each day for the entire month of May. Movements can include push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, squats. You can do 25 of each, or 100 of one.
Investment:
If you complete the challenge every day, you donate $10.
If you miss a day, you pay a $10 fee for each missed day. For example, if you miss 5 days, your total donation is $50. If you complete zero of the 31 days of May, your total donation is $310.
Missed days will incur a self-imposed daily penalty of $10. You are allowed to have make up days. If you wait till May 31st you would have to do 3,100 movements between push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and jumping jacks :) The movements can be in any order and combination that feels right for the day.
Proceeds will be directed towards aiding an at-risk young adults; a cause Zi would passionately support.
Every movement made is more than just a workout—it’s a step toward giving back to the next generation and honoring the life of Zi Rayne.
