My names Tommy Smith, In March, I will be running 100 miles to raise £1,000 in support of Tŷ Hafan, a children’s hospice charity in Wales that provides specialist care and support to children with life-shortening conditions and their families.

Tŷ Hafan delivers vital palliative care, respite services, and emotional support, ensuring that families receive compassionate assistance during incredibly challenging times. Their work enables children to live as fully and comfortably as possible, while offering strength and guidance to loved ones.

By committing to run 100 miles across the month of March, I hope to raise both awareness and essential funds to support the continuation of these invaluable services.

The £1,000 fundraising goal will contribute towards:

Specialist nursing and medical care

Emotional and bereavement support

Respite services for families

Ongoing hospice and community support programmes
