100 Miles. 24 Hours. One Cause.
Seven years ago, my wife and Isaac’s mom was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. Thankfully, she’s a survivor, but our family knows firsthand how difficult this battle can be.
A few days ago, my son Isaac came to me with an idea. He wanted us to run 100 miles together to raise money and awareness for breast cancer.
So that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
Starting at midnight Friday, we’ll run 4.167 miles every hour for 24 consecutive hours, finishing at midnight Saturday. 100 miles in 24 hours.
This isn’t about running or setting records. It’s about doing something meaningful for a cause that has impacted our family and so many others.
We’re running for the survivors, those still fighting, the families standing beside them, and those we’ve lost along the way.
Our goal is to raise money to support the fight against breast cancer and hopefully make a difference in someone’s life.
If you’re able to donate, we would be incredibly grateful. If you can’t, sharing our story or coming out to run a few miles with us would mean just as much.
Thank you for supporting us and helping turn Isaac’s idea into something bigger than the two of us.
