When I was young, I struggled with anxiety, depression, OCD, and CPTSD without the right support. Undiagnosed AuDHD and the weight of childhood emotional trauma kept me from getting help when I needed it most. I made it through, but I remember how isolating and terrifying that path felt. If I can help even one person avoid walking it alone, I have to try.
For 30 days I am committing to 10 minutes of movement each day. Walk, stretch, dance, or simply pause to breathe. This is not about pushing yourself or being perfect. It is a simple reminder that you are worth showing up for. By pairing this daily practice with fundraising for TWLOHA, Inc., we will help connect people with peer support groups and financial assistance for treatment and recovery.
TWLOHA exists to present hope and find help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicidal thoughts. Your support helps fund Peer Support Groups and the Treatment & Recovery Scholarship Program so people can access vital care when they need it. Together, our small daily acts of care become lifelines for others.
Please join me. Donate to support TWLOHA and help turn 10 minutes of movement into real access to mental health care and hope for someone who needs it. Every contribution matters.
