1 Million Steps Challenge for Taraki
Donation protected
This April, a group of committed walkers are coming together for the Walk for Taraki: 1 Million Steps Challenge, raising funds to support mental health in Punjabi communities. Participants from around the world will be walking to collectively reach one million steps or more, showing their commitment to breaking barriers, starting conversations, and ensuring better mental health for all.
Your donation directly supports Taraki’s work in making mental health more accessible and accepted in Punjabi communities. With your help, we can continue providing vital resources, workshops, and community-led initiatives that ensure everyone has the support they need.
We aim to raise £1500 and every donation, big or small, makes a real impact. By giving today, you are helping to empower those walking and supporting a future where mental health is recognised as an integral part of life.
If you have any questions about the challenge please contact [email redacted].uk
