1 and half month rent and deposit

Hi, My name is Fury(22) and my husband is Fabio(27), we have a beautiful baby girl Flora(1,5). We are moving from Italy to Netherlands for starting a new life just the 3 of us. My husband is working as a waiter and I can't work because I am not European and I'm in process for have a permission of stay and work. We live in Apeldoorn, in a tiny room that is the only one that we've found with the help of a community that help homeless people. Unfortunately the price of the rent is €950 per month and €1500 of deposit. This month of February we are having financial problem because we live just with one salary of my husband and its €1400 per month, in the beginning of February the insurance company took half of the money and we are having problem paying the rent. So we plead the landlord for let us pay just half month. And now we are trying to save money for the end of February because we have to pay the health care that it was around €500 but we ask an arrangement so we can pay €150, the other half of the rent €550, the rent of March €950, and the deposit €500. We try to save as much as we can but for food and house expenses we can't reach the total of €1000. I wish you guys can help us because we don't want to be homeless again.
