We are so excited to announce that the Huntington Beach Unified High School District is funding a new swimming pool at Edison High School!!
Edison High School is proud to be the school site for students with disabilities in our district. This creates unique needs for adaptive equipment and a particular pool design that will meet the needs of our Special Abilities Cluster, (SAC Program).
This new pool will also provide a CIF regulation facility for Boys and Girls Swim and Water Polo programs at Edison HS as well as summer swim lessons and adult water exercise programs through the City of HB, HB Junior Life Guard training, a site for national tournaments, swim meets and more!!
Edison Chargers Aquatics Complex Non-profit is a 501(c)(3). All donations are tax-deductible!!
FUNDS RAISED IN THIS CAMPAIGN WILL PAY FOR:
1. Adaptive equipment that provides safe access to the pool by our SAC students.
2. Bleachers/seating for all users of the facility
3. Sun shade for all users of the facility
We have raised $75,000 toward our $200,000 goal!
Together this community can make this happen!
If we each give a little, we can accomplish ALOT!
Those wishing to make a large donation please contact us directly at: [email redacted] so that we can arrange to recognize your generosity.
