Our nation is facing a problem, a great amount of the population live in poverty because of many outer forces that they can’t change, like the continuous war in Artsakh, the blockade from Turkey & Azerbaijan, the corruption they faced in the prior years with the previous governments, and lastly people still suffer the devastating effects of the earthquake that destroyed the country in 1988.

Unfortunately, after 30 years of the great earthquake of 1988 in Spitak & Gyumri, a lot of families remain homeless without the minimum necessities to have an ordinary safe life. With no hot water and no roof over their heads many Armenian children try to survive the freezing winter days and nights with no secure government to provide for them.

Today, we have created this charitable fundraiser to give courage to the people of Gyumri, and to let them know that there is hope, and this hope is US: every single Armenian around the world that can contribute any amount possible! Your humanitarian support is crucial to be able to make a difference in our re-born Armenia.

We cannot do it without YOU!

By participating in such philanthropic acts we will be the change that we want to see in Armenia and we will help one family at a time starting with little Anahid and her father Antranig. We can only achieve our goal with the assistance of our generous donors, your support and monetary contribution plays a vital role in building this family a home, any amount can make a difference.

How the donations will be managed?
1- All the donations will be gathered: On Gofundme + By hand
2- After the total amount is gathered, Asbed will invite all of the donors to Armenia to take part of the donation process with the help of "Shirak Kentron" NGO based in Gyumri. 
3- The date will be decided for the trip
4- The trip will be financed with your own expenses
5- How the funds will be spent?
The total amount ($10,000) will be used exclusively to help the family: 
Approximate expenses to buy the apartment: $8200
Approximate expenses to buy the comodities: $1800
