Diamond is a 20 month old infant diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot — a rare combination of several different congenital heart defects. Since birth, Diamond has undergone many life-saving procedures, including two open-heart surgeries. She spent her first 618 days of life at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, but she FINALLY got to go home on October 8th, 2018!
While her family could not be more happy she is home, taking care of an infant with complex congenital heart disease, requiring a feeding tube, with weekly follow up appointments, is a full time job.
Diamond is being raised by a single mother who is devoted to caring for her daughter every second of every day. Funds raised for Diamond's needs will be used for diapers, clothes, medical expenses, formula, toys, and ensuring a safe roof over her head.
Diamond's family would be beyond grateful for any support provided so that Diamond can continue to thrive at home!
