A broken Christmas and a heartbroken family

We have started this gofundme account on behalf of our sister Jess and her daughter Amarni who recently had the worst news imaginable.
On Wednesday the 28th November 2018 Jess a primary school teacher and her 9 year old daughter Amarni had just arrived home after school when a member of the NSW SES knocked on the door with the unfortunately devastating news that would change Jess and Amarni's lives forever.
Amarni's father, Billy was a volunteer with the NSW SES and on Wednesday the 28th of November was attending to a call out.
During the call out Billy suffered a cardiac arrest and was rushed to hospital but unfortunately could not be revived.
This news has broken not only Jess and Amarni but every single person that has had the pleasure of knowing Billy, we have lost a brother and a best friend, a man with the biggest heart that would go out of his way to help anyone, we were there at the hospital supporting our sister through this terrible time and were overwhelmed by the amount of people that had rushed to the hospital that afternoon from family to friends, to work colleagues, too support Jess and pay their respects to Billy, we believe that this showed just how kind, compassionate, caring, selfless and a loving man that Billy truely was.
At 39 years of age Billy leaves behind a broken wife and a 9 year old daughter that have lost their devoted and loving husband and father, and right before Christmas. Billy always strove to provide Amarni with an amazing Christmas and life which was surrounded by family and amazing adventures.
We intend to raise funds for our sister Jess and our beautiful niece Amarni, so that despite this devastating and heart breaking situation they will still be able to enjoy a Christmas full of presents surrounded by loving family and not have to worry about financial worries.
We are hoping to be able to cover some of the funeral costs also.
Any donation given to help Jess and Amarni would be truely appreciated.
