I am honored to have recently accepted an opportunity to go on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic with Project PX, which is one of the 100% non profit organizations in the United State.
I am 16 years old and I have lived a very fortunate life so far. Having this chance to give back to those who are less fortunate than I am, and to be part of a team that is so selfless and inspiring would be a life changing experience.
In the Dominican Republic, I will be visiting hospitals, homes for the elderly, and orphanages throughout the cities of Santo Domingo, Santiago and Puerto Plata . We will also be running day camps for the local children, painting and teaching them dental hygiene , this will be for the neediest and most remote mountain villages.
We will be staying at the Fusimania Center in Lajas de Yaroa village. Which is located in a central part of the mountain region between Santiago and Puerto Plata.

In order for me to be able to join the others on this 10 day mission to The Dominican Republic in July, I need your help. I am responsible for raising the money for the costs associated with this trip. Any contribution you can make towards helping me achieve my goal of $1,500 by May 1st will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
