CPT Christmas Fundraiser

Us here at Cabot Physical Therapy are looking to give back to the community, and are extending out the opportunity to our patients to help provide for those in need in our community. This holiday season we will be raising money to provide for kids and families in our community to help with their Christmas needs (presents, clothes, etc). No matter the amount, any donation will help in our goal of providing a better holiday experience for as many families as possible. We are hopping to meet our goal by December 15th.
