Bring my kids back from Japan

In July 2014,  my wife and our 4 children went to Japan for vacation with a promise from her to return before school started in August 2014. She has refused to return with the children and I have been forced to utilize The Hague process for anti-abduction to gain our children's return. I spent thousands of dollars, so far, to get to this point and waited for a year while following the process. My attorney told me it would cost $ 15,000. to successfully prosecute in Japanese court.  The total cost was much higher. I have been able to cover some of this myself, but I need help from others. 

Although I have prevailed in every court decision in this case, she still refuses to return children. I must expend even more resources to enforce the courts order myself in Japan. I am out of options and time to wait any longer. I may never be able to enforce the return of our children to the USA and she may be able to keep them in Japan until they are 18 years old. That will be 5 and 10 more years. 

Please help me succeed in getting our 4 children returned to the USA. I have not seen our children in-person for so long and I they need their father. All children need their father.
