Kenya Volunteer Program - IVHQ

Donation protected
Hi my name is Robert Liberatore. I am an engineering student at Drexel University and a summer intern for Keller Williams. Since my collegiate soccer career has recently come to an end, I would like to use some of the new flexibility in my schedule to help those who are less fortunate than me.

After a little bit of research, I decided to volunteer in Nairobi, Kenya for two weeks with IVHQ's sports education program. As a volunteer, I will use my collegiate training to teach children about soccer while also educating them about general fitness and health/wellbeing. Additionally, I will also help teach Math, Science, or English classes. This is a wonderful opportunity to help a community in need and give back to the game that has given me so much.

I have already paid for my program fees and have enough money saved to support myself during my stay. As a result, a majorty of the donations will be able to be used to pay for the children's training equipment.  On top of these costs, I would like to raise additional funds for new clothes and supplies for the village.

I have set a goal of raising $5,000. I have raised almost $2,000 outside of GoFundMe and with your generosity, I truly believe that we can raise enough money to help make a lasting difference in the community. Even if it's just $1, any and all donations will be thoroughly appreciated. If you are unable to donate to the cause, simply sharing this page with someone who might be able to can go a long way.

On behalf of myself and the children I will be working with, thank you all for your support!
