Holiday Clothes for Homeless Boys

Let’s make the Holidays happy for the boys at Mary's Place who are experiencing homelessness! In this season of giving, boys often get overlooked. Mary’s Place receives lots of clothing donations for girls, but not nearly enough for boys.
We’re raising funds for new outfits for the boys in Mary’s Place’s shelters. Every $30 we raise will pay for one set of boys clothes.
Who are we? We are Agents of Change , a philanthropic real estate guild that has helped support Mary’s Place since 2014. We support Mary’s Place financially, volunteer in shelters, and organize outings for the kids. We run an annual Holiday clothing drive that has collected enough clothing to give every girl at Mary’s Place a new outfit for the Holidays. This year, let’s do the same for the boys!
Mary’s Place is a nonprofit that operates seven shelters throughout Seattle for women, children, and families experiencing homelessness. Mary’s Place helps families find stable housing, and in the meantime, it offers them safety, day and night shelter, nutritious meals, showers, laundry, and clean clothing. It provides resources and referrals to social services, medical care, legal and financial aid, housing, and employment. Mary’s Place is one of Seattle’s most successful nonprofits.
More than 600 boys live in Mary’s Place’s shelters. 100% of the money we raise will go toward clothes for these boys—they’ll receive the clothes as Holiday presents at Mary’s Place’s annual Holly Jolly party in December. If we raise $15,000, every single boy at Mary’s Place will get a set of clothes. Let’s give these boys a Happy Holiday!
*Johnine Larsen, founded Agents of Change, A group of volunteers dedicated to helping Mary's Place. Johnine is coordinating the purchase of clothes for the Holly Jolly party and will be the one withdrawing and managing the funds. We will use 100% of the proceeds to purchase clothes for the Holly Jolly party.
