CDCC helping a fellow veteran

Donation protected
Channel 7 News recently aired a story regarding disabled Navy veteran, Chris Cline, who had been living in a storage unit for the past two years.  Though he held full-time employment, it was simply not enough in Denver’s tight housing market.

Following the initial story, Jackie and Chris Glenn offered Chris Cline a room in their home (link below).  This is obviously a short-term solution, to a long-term problem, and the impetus for the Colorado Dodge Challengers Club’s (CDCC) involvement in this campaign.  CDCC has a strong track record of supporting veterans, law enforcement, children, and our community.  CDCC stands with club members Jackie and Chris in their efforts to help Chris Cline re-establish his life, and wants to parlay their selfless act and generosity to help create a viable, long-term situation for this veteran.

It is easy to take the simplicities of life for granted. Homelessness creates an environment where routine personal needs get neglected as a matter of necessity and survival.  With the support of the CDCC, Chris and his service dog, Anwyn, not only have a warm place to live, but his new CDCC family, of over 800 members, has connected him to a new job that has almost doubled his income, obtained tires for his car, and provided VA benefit assistance, financial planning, and emergency dental work. Things are moving quickly in the right direction for Chris, and the CDCC is committed to keep the momentum going.

Our goal with this campaign is quite simple:  Help Chris Cline re-establish a sustainable, independent life.

Your contribution will help Chris quickly move from surviving to thriving, while being surrounded by a willing and skilled support system committed to seeing him restored physically and financially.

Any amount helps,... $5, $10, $20 - whatever you can afford, it all adds up!
