Chris and Theresa’s GoFundMe

Last night, lightning hit a home in the Longleaf Community on the southwest side of Gainesville.  And in the span of a couple of hours, a very sweet, kind couple lost everything. Everyone is safe, but the house and everything in it is completely gone. 

Chris and Theresa are the type of neighbors that make our little community great. They are friendly and kind and are always ready to stop for a chat. They take better care of their yard and home than anyone I know. And they take care of their community and neighbors too.  It is just so heartbreaking that they had to stand there and watch it all go up in flames.

Chris and Theresa are currently picking up the pieces and have not stopped to ask for anything.  But as their neighbors and friends, we have set up this GoFundMe for any neighbors, friends, coworkers, or community members that would like to donate.
