Earlier this week we posted a fundraiser for our sweet nine month old Monty.  He had a severe break in his back leg and underwent surgery on Tuesday to have it fixed.

Unfortunately, the break was much older than originally anticipated, so it was not a total success and there is a pretty good chance that he's going to need an additional surgery down the road.

We had some amazing folks who donated to Monty's first fundraiser and one of our extremely generous donors, Marine One Services, reached out to us this morning and offered up a challenge...they would match any donations up to $2,500!

And the person that donates the most towards this challenge will receive a $200 gift certificate to Texas de Brazil in Orlando as a thank you for being awesome.

So, the challenge is on - we need to raise $2,500 and we need to do it fast.  We have over 35,000 followers on here, so we only need 500 of them to donate $5 each and we'll hit our goal.

Donate, share and keep Monty in your thoughts over the next few weeks. He'll be on strict cage rest at our adoption center where he can be monitored by our wonderful vet staff.
