As some of you may already know, I, a Philadelphia Eagles fan, made a Super Bowl wager with my friend Jeff Valdanbrini, a New England Patriots fan. The loser of the wager would have to wear a leotard, tutu, and tiara at the next roadside clean-up party that our work union, VCCEA, puts on every quarter. Since the Eagles won, Jeff has the pleasure of wearing said outfit, in public, on Monday, March 26th. But that's just the beginning of this story...

After some conversation it was decided that we could make this bet payoff work, not just for the amusement of those who would be driving by during the roadside clean-up (and Jeff's humiliation), but also to use this opportunity to raise money for a worthwhile charity, Seattle Children's Hospital. Therefore, I, Mark Elliott, of sound mind and body, have agreed to join in Jeff's humiliation by also wearing a leotard, tutu, and tiara to the roadside clean-up **IF** we could collectively raise $1,000 for Seattle Children's. All funds raised will go directly to Seattle Children's whether the goal amount is met or not.

In loving memory of my dear friend, we are raising funds for the Seattle Children's Foundation, an organization that embodies hope and healing for children facing critical health challenges. This is a meaningful way to honor their spirit and provide support to those who need it most. Together, we can help change the odds and ensure every child has access to the care they deserve.
