Repair the World: Show Up, Give Back
My name is Lisa Bodziner and I fundraise for Repair the World because service is one of the most powerful expressions of Jewish identity and one of the most urgent responses to the world we live in today. I have seen firsthand how bringing young people together with their communities, pressing needs, and Jewish texts transforms participants. It strengthens partnerships, builds bridges across difference, and roots action in meaning and tradition.
Repair the World mobilizes Jews and their communities to take action to pursue a just world, igniting a lifelong commitment to service. I believe that repairing the world is not just an aspiration but a responsibility we carry together. Every dollar we raise helps put a young person in a room where they learn why showing up matters and how collective action can create lasting change.
I am fundraising because I have seen this work change lives. I have watched participants gain confidence, discover new purpose, and keep showing up for their neighbors. Repair’s programs multiply those moments of learning and connection, turning them into a movement for a fairer, more compassionate world.
Please join me in supporting Repair the World. Your gift will help bring more young people into communities doing urgent, meaningful service. Give today to help create more moments of learning, partnership, and action that repair the world for all of us.
