Gregory Gardens Elementary School Annual Read-A-Thon
September 26th through October 9th.
What is a Read-A-Thon? Our students ask friends, family, and neighbors to pledge their support for the amount of time spent reading or a one-time donation. Our students spend two weeks reading as much as they can! We tally up the reading logs and donation sheets at the end of the two weeks. All proceeds go to Gregory Gardens Elementary.
Prizes are awarded to:
-The class with the highest number of minutes
-The class with the highest amount raised
-The student in each grade who raises the most funds
-The student in each grade with the highest number of minutes.

How do I sponsor a student? Pick a student and pledge an amount based on time spent, or make a one-time donation. One-time donations may be submitted at any time. All donations are due by October 11th.

How do I turn in the form? Please hand in Readathon forms to your teacher by October 11th.
Checks should be made payable to: GG PTA and handed in or mailed to the school office: Attn PTA Readathon, 1 Corritone Ct, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. Please note the name of the student you are sponsoring and their teacher so we can easily match up the funds.
