In rural Texas, many families love their pets deeply, but access to affordable spay and neuter services isn’t available. Veterinary costs add up quickly, and for hardworking households, preventive care often gets pushed aside.
That’s where we step in. MeBo’s Animal Rescue is raising $2000 to help local pet owners spay and neuter their cats and dogs.
This fundraiser is focused specifically on owned animals, the pets sleeping on couches, riding in trucks, guarding front porches, and growing up alongside children. When we help families fix their pets, we prevent accidental litters before they ever happen.
That means:
• Fewer unwanted puppies and kittens
• Fewer animals surrendered
• Fewer strays on rural backroads
• Less pressure on small rescues and shelters
Spay and neuter is the most powerful way to stop overpopulation at its source. One surgery today prevents hundreds of future homeless animals.
