Help Cindy Beat the Odds Again ❤️
Cindy had been living in parking lot in Bath Beach when she was found in dire shape, with severe injury and infection. After KittyKind's intervention, which included several surgeries and a full dental, she made a dramatic recovery. This was made possible by the animal people like yourselves, who were as touched by her suffering as we were and donated what they had to spare. However little or much it was, it saved Cindy's life.
Months later, however, we have to ask for your help again.
Last night, Cindy was rushed by her foster parents to the emergency vet when it became clear she was having difficulty breathing. The vets diagnosed her with pneumonia, and she is currently there using medical assistance to breathe.
We have been told she will need to stay there for several days at least, and already, we are racking up thousands in vet bills. We don't yet know were this will take us.
Her illness and the unknowns of her condition represent a herculean challenge for any small, volunteer-run organization like KittyKind. Which is why we are again asking for your donations for this very special cat. We can't give up on Cindy - she has come too far in her journey. But in order to continue to provide her with the care she needs, we need your help.
