How to Support Global Rights Advocacy

Migrants Redress Initiative: We are fighting for the rights of migrants detained at the Northwest ICE Processing Center, exposing abuses, and advocating for their freedom. We amplify the voices of undocumented individuals by filing complaints before international human rights bodies and demand the place to be shutdown. When domestic law does not provide remedy, we use international human rights law as a tool for change.
Environmental Defenders initiative: We stand with those who protect our planet. Indigenous communities and activists face severe retaliation for their efforts to safeguard natural resources.

International Representation and Advocacy: GRA represents environmental and immigrant rights defenders before the United Nations and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Our international expertise and advocacy efforts aim to shield these brave individuals from threats, harassment, and violence.
Documenting Violations and Seeking Justice: We meticulously document human rights violations against environmental defenders or migrants in detention and bring these cases to international attention. By doing so, we seek justice and hold perpetrators accountable.
Empowering Communities: Indigenous communities, defenders families and migrants defenders are at the front lines without much protection. GRA works closely with them to protect their land rights, their right to defend rights, and cultural heritage, advocating for policies that support sustainable and equitable development.
