More information about Felidae Conservation Fund: Our mission is to improve the state of wildlife and wild cat ecosystems through critical research, education, and community stewardship to protect natural lands that keep our communities free form disease and viruses. 

We track wildlife health and movements, and now we need to work remotely to collect data, enter it into our database and analyze it to guide regional decision-making. Our primary funding sources - foundations -  have stopped  or delayed so we are reaching out to all of you to help. 

The work is important for the public and we are in the process of setting up community partnered projects to collect and share data on wildlife trends and health. 

We are also looking fo great volunteers and support! Please help us help wildlife during this challenging time.

Where allowed, we are in the field, checking cameras and hair snares.

At home, we are analyzing data and with the help of hundreds of volunteers, cataloguing new data online.

We are holding webinars about wild cats to keep everyone informed. Check our Facebook page  and website (www.felidaefund.org) for details. 

We have launched a special project to understand how our human action during the Stay-at-Home order is impacting puma activity across the Bay Area.
