Racing with Purpose: NJ Triathlon for End Overdose Inc.
Hi, I’m Mike Warren, and I’m competing in the NJ State Challenge Triathlon to raise awareness and funds for something that deeply matters to me ending the overdose crisis and supporting those affected by fentanyl.

Every swim stroke, pedal, and stride I take in this race is dedicated to the lives lost, the families grieving, and the individuals still fighting addiction. Fentanyl-related overdoses are devastating communities across the country, and it’s time we take action.

That’s why I’ve partnered this campaign with End Overdose Inc., a nonprofit doing real work on the ground distributing naloxone, educating communities, and providing the tools needed to save lives.

This isn’t just about racing. It’s about running for hope, biking for awareness, and swimming for change.

Donate to Help Vigil Records Save Lives From Overdoses
We are Vigil Records, an NYC-based organization that hosts raves and concerts. On November 8th, we are hosting a charity rock concert with Paperweight Management! All profits will go towards harm reduction efforts, and the End Overdose NYU Chapter will set up a table at the event to hand out Narcan and fentanyl test strips and educate attendees on Narcan administration.

*Vigil Records team member Jack Hughes has also graciously committed to shaving his hair off on stage during our concert if we hit our donation goal!*

End Overdose is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, California, working to end drug-related overdose deaths through education, medical intervention, and public awareness.

At NYU, we believe that this should go beyond just students. We want to engage the whole community and teach each other how to save lives. Living in a city, it is our responsibility as a society to ensure the safety of those around us. That’s why we are here to build the community up with the proper resources and education needed. Here at End Overdose NYU, we want to make sure that we are all able to react in overdose-related emergencies. That is why we distribute naloxone kits and training as well as fentanyl test strips for FREE to anyone! Join us in our goal to END OVERDOSE!!! The whole community is welcome!

SF Marathon in Support of End Overdose
*update - I got injured during training and deferred my race until next year. All contributions will be donated this year so they can immediately benefit those in need. Thank you for all of your help.

Dear family, friends, and whoever else is kind enough to read this!

This summer I will be running the San Francisco marathon in benefit of End Overdose, a 501c3 committed to preventing drug-related death by providing free harm reduction services like fentanyl testing strips and naloxone training throughout communities and college campuses across the United States.

In all honesty, I do not enjoy distance running and am not looking forward to the 26.2 miles, but I am grateful for an able body and opportunities such as this which would not be possible without the gift of sobriety.

Regardless of whether someone is experimenting or if they are struggling with addiction, I firmly believe that getting high should not be a death sentence. The degree of separation between all of us and someone who has died due to fentanyl/overdose is growing smaller by the day.

God willing I will celebrate 10 years of sobriety on July 22nd, and I can't think of a better way to commemorate the decade than supporting this life-saving organization. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help.

Hi. My name is Taylor Wood and I’m turning 25 this weekend on January 16th. For my birthday this year, I want to celebrate by raising money for a nonprofit called End Overdose. End Overdose is dedicated to ending the fight against fentanyl and overdose prevention. This cause is extremely close to my heart. This past year we lost our best friend, Kevin Fisher, to fentanyl poisoning and accidental overdose. Kevin was a once in a lifetime friend. Losing him shattered so many hearts and life will never be the same without him. I know that everyone who knew and loved Kevin is struggling as much as I am.

This unfortunately goes beyond Kevin. I know almost everyone right now has lost someone due to fentanyl poisoning or overdose. Fentanyl is killing our friends, brothers, sisters, and loved ones. Too many people have lost their lives to this. Deaths from fentanyl and overdose can be prevented if we all help together. No donation amount is too small and everything is deeply appreciated. Please join me in this fight to help protect the people we love. Let’s stop watching this epidemic unfold from the sidelines and come together to be the change.
