Support Wyoming Clinic Staff During Legal Battle
At Wellspring Health Access, we operate the only medication and procedural abortion clinic in Wyoming.
Unfortunately, Wyoming Governor Gordon signed HB 42, the TRAP Bill, into law on February 27, 2025.
This law requires us to close our clinic and stop providing procedural abortions. We have had to pause all patient services (on the advice of our legal counsel) until we hear from the Natrona District Court.
We won't stand for anti-abortion extremists taking away the right to bodily autonomy from people in Wyoming and across the region.
We are immediately filing suit against the state of Wyoming to allow us to continue providing necessary abortion care.
While we are fighting this case in court, our clinic staff will need financial support while we cannot provide services. Make a contribution to support our clinic staff and our fight to protect bodily autonomy in Wyoming.
