The Children's Defense Fund (CDF) serves as the leading independent voice for all children in America focusing on the needs of every child, especially those most at risk due to poverty and inequality. During this time it's important for all of us to band together for a greater cause. The weekend of March 5th, I'm going to put my body through the most challenging and demanding test I've ever attempted - The David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge (gogginschallenge.com) - 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 straight hours - 48 miles total of running. I'm going to add 6 miles of biking after each run for an additional 72 miles of biking, 120 total miles combined. 

My goal is to push my body to extreme limits and I'd like to invite others to be a part of this journey with me and follow along. Arlo has pledged to ride 25 miles on his bike to raise money for those in need during the COVID19 pandemic. His ride is planned for Saturday, June 6th (weather permitting).
