Matt's 4x4x48 Children's Defense Fundraiser

During this time it's important for all of us to band together for a greater cause. The weekend of March 5th, I'm going to put my body through the most challenging and demanding test I've ever attempted - The David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge (gogginschallenge.com) - 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 straight hours - 48 miles total of running. I'm going to add 6 miles of biking after each run for an additional 72 miles of biking, 120 total miles combined. 

My goal is to push my body to extreme limits and I'd like to invite others to be a part of this journey with me and follow along.
