Troop 19 has a history of 93 years of service and is one of the oldest troop’s in the area. We have been chartered to Cornerstone Methodist Church (formerly Norwalk Methodist Church) since 1930. Troop 190 opened in 2019- The Boy Scouts officially transitioned to Scouts BSA in 2019, opening the door to girls between the ages of 10 to 17. The organization's first female eagle scouts followed soon after, with the first class recognized in 2020. Troop 19 & 190 participate in many community service activities throughout the year including the Mayor’s Annual Norwalk Clean-Up, several Eagle Scout Projects, among others. Through participation in weekly meetings and monthly campouts, Scouts become proficient in a variety of skills, which are useful both in the outdoors and throughout life.
