Challenge Invalid Laws

At the suggestion of a smart lady, the fundraising figure has been broken into stages... $30k for Stage one.


This is for fundraising for challenging the validity of certain provisions and Acts, that are or may be invalid.

This may include any combination of the following (and/or others):

Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 (Cth): purported limits as to time for filing Electoral Petitions, geographical restrictions on doing so, discriminatory provisions against independent and small parties Candidates, etc.

Royal Styles and Titles Act 1973 (Cth): purported change to the Queen's Styles and Titles... i.e. the fake creation of 'Queen of Australia' (Search on Youtube for '#TINLA 1' for 1/2 of why it is not valid - the other half might be made soon.

Privy Council (Limitation of Appeals) Act 1968 (Cth)

Privy Council (Appeals from the High Court) Act 1975 (Cth)

 Australia Act 1986 (Cth) 

Common Informers (Parliamentary Disqualification) Act 1977 (Cth)

Also, if possible, to overturn certain cases, if possible, or their effects...  E.g. concerning Electoral Petitions / Parliamentary Ineligibilities.  E.g. the claim that the UK is a foreign power... about a lack of jurisdiction of the High Court outside of 'Electoral Petition Periods', maybe get a Mandamus from the UK against the High Court if it ignores the law / refuses filings again.

Declarations, etc.

This will hopefully be in by 7 August 2019, with your help, liking, sharing, subscribing, donating, etc.

Fundraising will be ongoing and this fundraising may be used for other similar purposes (court cases, educational program, etc.) if say we win with full costs, etc.

Transparency is important.

This isn't really achievable without your help.  There needs to be more support from people than with the previous petition (thanks for those that were awesome enough to help, especially those that said to use the funds raised for this cause after being contacted in order to issue refunds).

If we do not all pitch in, share on our walls, in private messages, emails, etc. then all hope may be lost to prevent Australia from rapidly moving to tyranny, with all that we love and hold dear being obliterated from existence.

Time is of the Essence, as is your help.
