My dearest friend is a single parent of 4 children who has successfully raised 2 older children who are recent graduates of prestigious universities.  Her youngest, 7, is special needs suffering from seizures and other disorders. 

While seeking care to diagnose the cause of his seizures a CPS caseworker unlawfully and wrongfully removed him from her home, placing him in foster care.  The reason given is PARENTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF MEDICAL NEEDS!!!  Or Munchausen  by Proxy which is one of Douglas  County Colorado’s catch all accusations to justify the unjustifiable removal of children. 

No one knows where her son is and his Mom is devastated. To date no court records have been turned over to his mother, or visitations and communication allowed with family.  

The only chance this mother has to get her child back is through a private attorney which she cannot afford.  Don’t let another disabled child be stolen into the system under the secret veil of “child protective services”.  

Please help return Michael to his mother’s care, where he was a happy child with siblings, pets and the unconditional love of his Mom and family.  He is greatly missed by all that know him and love him.  Thank you for any donation to this legal fund.
