BFF Kids, Blessings For Foster Kids

Hi friends!
We are 4 students from Boise State who want to help our local community.
We found out that when social workers pick up children to take them to foster care, they usually do not have an opportunity to go home and pack anything.
What this means, is that these kids have to go into foster care with just the clothes they have on. We want to help.
We are trying to raise $500 from our community to purchase items and make blessing bags. We are reaching out to local businesses who can donate items and using the money we raise to purchase the rest.
The items we will put in the bags are:
-Toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, and hair products
-Socks and underwear
-School supplies like a notebook and pencils
-Deoderant, chap stick, gum, and airborne packages
-Diapers and Wipes
All these bags will be given to the Health and Welfare Department to benefit local foster kids :)
