From California, to Baja California, to Oaxaca, to Queretaro and back to California... you have been with me (Moriah) and I hope you continue to passionately stick on board. You are needed and cherished.
-----
While in high school my life gained a grand transformation. I decided to believe in God and believe in Jesus Christ as my lover and savior and friend. I stopped running in the opposite direction and I let his pursuit after me take me over. That was the best YES I've ever decided and the most meaningful. Since then, a passion grew in me to share that transformational love and relationship with the hungry world.
So many options came up and so many desires birthed in me. The options were- college, a year off to volunteer somewhere with sign language, (my own deep desire to go to bssm but this option didn't look too realistic then), work, etc.

I pursued Sign Language strongly. I pursued the Deaf culture and finding ways to communicate the Gospel of the Kingdom to the Deaf. That took me to the open door of Baja California Mexico where (I thought I'd be for maybe a short season but turned into two years into more and more years in Mexico ) I lived and taught Mexican Sign and Jesus to Mexican Deaf children who attended RSM (Rancho Sordo Mudo).

Then making another connection with a Mexican woman who was working further south into Mexico with the Deaf I decided to go and serve with her.
Seeing that I didn't know any Spanish (only used Sign Language) I decided along with mentors of mine that going to Spanish school was a great idea. I lived in Oaxaca Mexico for a year where I learned to express myself and communicate affectivly in Spanish.
THEN I moved to be with my Mexican friend in Queretaro like I had planned. I stayed there for two years working with the Deaf and hearing people on a ministry team with the local church body. At the same time I decided to be a part of the church's Bible school while I lived there, which lasted 1 yr and half. (Those classes grew in me the desire to keep going.) After two years of living with a great community of people there the thought came back/ the desire crept back up to me to attend BSSM and the desire became a possibility and possibility became a reality... Well, getting there.
SO , LOOK! I know Mexico was Gods will for me. I grew so much over the past 5 years and experienced a lot of hard times but a lot of joy too.

Now I GET to pursue a dream I've had (but waited for) for time. And I NEED your help to get there.

Some of you have been with me since the very start. I am so thankful!!
And now it's ministry schooling/evangelism in love and action... People of love and who live walking with Holy Spirit.

THAT is what you are supporting when you give your money.

Think about it. Pray it over. Give when you can, pray for missionaries you know.  It's so worth it.

Your time and money WONT be wasted.
