Attapeu, Laos Flood Relief

We are sad to report that hundreds of people are missing in Laos after flash flooding caused by a collapsed dam in Attapeu province in southern Laos.  Currently we are collecting monetary donations at this time so we may use that money to go buy supplies in Laos  to give to the villagers directly. We the temple of Sacramento, Wat Lao Saophuth, Wat Lao Phosiesattanak, Wat Rattanaram, staff of our temples, elderly, and those near and far are coming together to host have decided to host kong Pha Paa Samaki to help the people of  Laos, which have been effected by the floods in the City of Sanam Xai, Attapeu, Laos. They have lost their homes, farms, and all necessities.  We are truly saddened by this disaster. We need to show our act of kindness by assist those in needs. Please join us to pray for the lives lost and to help fundraise to help those in need.

Saturday, August 18th 2018 at 10 AM  We will be holding our ceremony to offer the kong boun pha paa samaki at 4845 Rio Linda Blvd Sacramento, CA 95838.  Followed by a collection of donations provide supplies to help those affected in the flood in Laos.
