Brandon's St. Jude fundraiser

Tax deductible
In one week, I will have the privilege to go down to Memphis for 4 weeks and do a rotation in pediatric oncology at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. To show my appreciation for this opportunity I’ve decided to set up a gofundme and raise money for the hospital! While pediatric cancer treatment has come a long way, there is still so much more we need to learn and every little bit counts!

I’ve decided to spice this up and see if I can’t get my friends more invested in donating- which probably isn’t necessary because who wouldn’t want to donate to kids with cancer, but I thought I’d add a little incentive on top anyways. For every 1000 dollars raised, I will complete another task (see below for full list). If we reach the final goal of 5000 dollars I will shave my head for pediatric cancer! If you cannot donate at this time- please consider sharing this link so that others may see!

St Jude fundraising
1000- dye my hair (gold- Pediatric cancer ribbon color)

2000- I will buy myself a romper and wear it wherever I go for an entire weekend.

3000- will eat 6 chicken wings cooked with the last dab hot sauce- (2.2 million scoville units). No milk and will be videotaped for everyone’s viewing pleasure.

4000- polar plunge- nothing that’ll be organized- just me driving to the jersey shore and sprinting into the ocean to celebrate the fact we made it to 4000.

5000- rather than dyeing my hair, I will shave my head bald (after medical school match takes place- because mom and dad would not be happy if they had to look at my bald head in Match day pictures).
