I am raising funds for my up and coming court case and I need your help in holding the city responsible for using technology (EBL electronic brain link, RNM remote neural monitoring, satellite surveillance) to target citizens remotely with out due process. The crime needs to be exposed and the city officials responsible for covering it up. My complaint against the city will hold them negligent for failing to act after given proper notification and had established care of duty. The emphasis of the complaint focuses on negligence and not proving that the weapons exist. The technology has been published and is available to the public secter upon basic research, so anyone can look up the diagrams, case work and patents, companies and personel. If this information comes out in court so be it. Further more if you support with a small donation we can establish rules that will protect us from satellite surveillance and differnt forms of directed energy attacks and government sponsored stalking networks.
So far I've done all the ground work in establishing a viable complaint writen up by a lawyer pro per, who needs additional funds for discovery and litigation. Imagine how you would feel if unseen assassins were trying to murder you covertly with a wireless weapon system called an electronic brain link (EBL), while you watch your life slip away and when you try to reach out to friends, family, police and doctors FOR HELP, they reject you, misdiagnose you, tell you that you need to take medication or that you’re delusional and need to visit a mental ward. Imagine being remotely controlled by an organized stalking network (security contractors, electronic warfare technicians) in real time via satellite, whose daily job is to induce physical and mental anguish, resulting in suicide, incarceration, mental illness, neurological and physical disorders. The victims cannot see where the attacks are coming from or figure out how to stop it. I am one of these victims (aka a Targeted Individual) and I have been suffering with this for 16 years now.
If you think this sounds far-fetched or right out of a movie, it is not. In fact, this type of crime is more common than you think. This is happening to many people and the awareness is becoming more widespread throughout the world. These crimes are so numerous to the general public that various communities such as the City of Richmond, California and the State of Michigan, passed a vote to protect its citizens from these types of assaults. Hopefully, in time, we can achieve this type of safety for all citizens nationwide and other parts of the world.

These war criminals are covertly manipulating my spinal cord, and other body parts against my will to induce suicide. I am not commiting suicide so they have disintegrated a region of my spine, forcing me to have emergency surgery in order to save my life in 2007. I have been through excrutiating pain day and night for years and no longer fear death or pain. They have the technology to target specific areas in the body, using any/all systems to infect, inflame, deteriorate, rot, swell, bloat, constrict, expand or contract any bodily tissues at any given moment and can produce this effect instantaneously. I have experienced all of these effects. They have caused me to lose 4 teeth from the degeneration process, when before the targeting, I never had any dental problems. From the continued tightening of my spine, I eventually could not even walk or stand without extreme pain. I still don’t have full use of my left arm, all 5 senses, body strength and breathing capacity. Sending harmful signals into my cerebrial cortex for extended periods of time. Before being targeted, I was very healthy, strong, physically active and never experienced any pains or health ailments. Consequently, I have not been able to work a regular full time job to earn the money I was once capable of making because of the disabilities and pains they have created in my life for too long. Therefore, I have not been able to save enough money to get the help I need to fight this properly in court.
I have been trying to be responsible by reaching out to the community where I live to expose this crime. While under duress from the electronic brain link, I approached various county and city offices and submitted relevant information that would be necessary for facilitating an appropriate response. However, each official I spoke to or submitted information to, never called me back and ignored me when I tried to follow up. They even called the police to prevent me from speaking publically about the issue, which is a common response among other targeted individuals.
The only way I can force my city to change its laws to protect victims such as myself and others, is to file an official complaint that summarizes my attempts to report and get protection from the crime. With the help of an attorney, I can address these issues, bring these crimes to the general public and set legal precedence that will make a difference for others currently suffering as I am. So far, I have used my monies to pay for medical expenses that can be used in court and I have hired a low-cost lawyer to write the legal complaint for me pro per. Currently the Complaint is ready to be filed but before filing, I need the money to pay for the discovery to support the Complaint.
