Archie Innes - A real superhero
Donation protected
I am embarking on a 96 mile walk to do the famous West Highland Way in Scotland to raise funds for my 2 year old cousin.
My wee cousin Archie was born with an extremely rare condition called Anophthalmia, which means he was born with no eyes. Archie was then found to have a genetic disorder called SOX2 syndrome, a genetic condition affecting one in 250,000 births. His mutation is so rare that there is only 1 other in the world.
He has just turned 2 and has had countless operations and visits to hospitals yet he remarkebally still beams the most infectious smile.
It puts a lot into perspective and if I can do my bit to help towards his treatment then 98 miles is nothing.
Even £1 or anything else you can afford would make a massive difference. Many thanks Gary
