ANTI-Bait Truck

$28,434 of $25,000 goal

Raised by 589 people in 1 month
Last week the Chicago Police set up what's called a "bait trap" where they parked a truck full of new tennis shoes - left it open - then arrested anyone who took the shoes. So we're going to get shoes for every student in Chicago . This is being spearheaded by Vic Mensa and the SaveMoneySavelife Foundation. And a huge thank you to Shaun and every person that helps out!
Our names our Shaun King, Anwar Hadid and Vic Mensa. We are from New York, California and Illinois.  We are social activists who have the social media platforms to facilitate awareness for causes that mean the most to us, like the anti-bait truck in Chicago.
The funds will be used to cover costs of security, water, food and materials that were needed to disperse thousands of shoes in response to the entrapment truck the CPD laid on the southside of Chicago.
We plan to release the money directly to our Manager(Troy G) who will distribute the funds  to grassroots individuals/orgs and business that helped make the event possible.
On the ground team consists of:
laundi k - ED
Victoria S - Creative Director
camille W - Organizer
Troy G - Manager
Danny B -in-house Phothrapher
Hilario D - Site Manager
Eric B - Senior Advisor
