Single mom of 4 robbed

Donation protected
My friend Allison Donahue is a single mother of 4 amazing children! Jameson 11 months, Arayah 2 years, Aiden 10 years and Conner 14 years. She was recently robbed by someone she thought she could trust. Allie had just received a lump sum payment of child support from her oldest sons father about 12 hours before all this happened. She put the money in a backpack and was going to deposit it the next morning. Her boyfriend (now ex) said he was going to go grocery shopping and took the backpack, that had the $10,000, and her car to the store and never came home. The car was found a few days later not far from her house. Thank God she at least has her car back to bring the kids to appointments. To top it off, now that she has her car back she's noticed it acting up, the person who took it was just learning how to drive standard. This now puts her in a horrible position that she never thought she would be in. She was supposed to trade her car in for a safer more kid friendly, larger SUV, have a decent x-mas for the kids, catch up on bills and pay future bills, buy winter clothes for the kids, groceries and more with this money. Now she doesn't even know how she will get through this month let alone Christmas. Her kids deserve so much better then this and it's sad that someone who was so close to them could have premeditated all of this and left a single mother of four to scrounge while he is off on a bender.
Allie is a trusting and caring person to a fault and would give her last dollar (and has many times) to someone in need. She is not the kind of person to ask for handouts and has always provided for her family. She has been through many struggles before and has overcome them, this time she needs a little help to get back on her feet. Allison is in recovery and has been clean for over 5 years (AMAZING RIGHT?!) She will be starting work as an Addiction Counselor in the near future and was a professional makeup artist before that. She strives to be a good person and clearly its her passion to make people feel better about themselves seeing what she has done and will be doing for work. So for someone to do this to her and make her feel less than what she truly is breaks my heart. Lets lift her up like she has done for so many people and show her that not everyone is bad. It's the season of giving and instead of buying yourself that gift this year, because you know you all do! lol, spend that money here and donate to a family in need. Please donate whatever you can even if it's only a dollar it all adds up and helps. If you cant spare a dollar then at least share this with family and friends. THANK YOU all from the bottom of my heart for taking the time for this beautiful family❤
