Alex Swanson's Story Walk Project

Hello, my name is Alex Swanson, I am a Boy Scout from Troop 77 in Hopkinton. I am currently working on my Eagle Scout service project and am seeking assistance fundraising. My project is a Story Walk, which is a series of panels along a trail. Displayed in each panel are pages to a children's picture book.  The story is read as they stop at each panel during the walk. The Story Walk will improve literacy as well as provide kids with a fun outdoor activity. The book on the Story Walk will be changed regularly to keep it updated,  relevant, and interesting. I, along with some volunteers will be constructing 22 panels along a rail trail that runs next to the library. The projected completion date is October 2018.
