At the Ecumenical Center and International Residence (ECIR), we are a home away from home for international and domestic students and scholars.
We are an intentional living and learning community that believes in creating an environment that promotes peace and lifelong friendships by holding events and programs that encourage intergroup, intercultural, interreligious, and interspiritual dialogue.
One of ECIR's most popular and well-attended events are the Community Meals. Community Meals give the residents of ECIR an opportunity to share their culture and traditions through food with all who come through our doors.
The cost of one Community Meal is $250. We are aiming to raise enough to have 1 Community Meal a month for an entire year.
All of the regular events and programs ECIR provides are of no charge to the residents and to the public. We hope to provide more Community Meals in the future and ask for your involvement and generosity to make this a possibility.
