A specialist car seat for Baron

Baron was born at 36 weeks and spent the first 3 weeks of his life ventilated and in a induced coma foghting for his life due to heart and lung problems, he has a condition called caudal regressive syndrome, this condition is not really known about in the uk with only roughly 5 cases reported, its a side effect from diabetes and high blood sugars although this os yet to be proven,  its a condition that means he will never have use of his legs or lower half of his body, he is missing half of his spine from T12 and L3, this also means he has other needs caused by the CRS, and will need operations on his hips, legs and spine ,Due to Barons leg and hip positioning he is unable to fit in the standard car seat/pram and needs a specialist one made we have found a company to make one that will last untill he is 3 years old, unfortunately money is tight due to myself being the only one working and now on maternity leave from work, and there is no help for such things untill Baron is older, The cost is just short of 1400 for both the seat and pram this will help us to take Baron to appointments which are mostly down at bristol childrens hospital, we have a little bit to go towards the cost but need help for the rest any help would be so amazing.....
