It is a great honor for me to share the story of our dear friends Kyle and Leah in their long struggle and heartache to start a family.
For ten years they’ve gone through miscarriage after miscarriage in their pursuit of having a family. They went through In-Vitro Fertilization believing it was the answer only to have another miscarriage. After countless surgeries and no results they are opening their hearts and home to a sibling group of children in the foster care system.
They are currently struggling for approval by the state to be an adoptive resource for these children in need. Their current battle and the only thing preventing their approval is the repairs of their septic system and basement.
After multiple inspections and estimates the cost of those repairs to their disbelief and dismay, is quoted just over $30,000. With Leah working full time as a Registered Nurse on a Neuroscience Unit and Kyle working overtime as a Group Leader at a Manufacturing Plant they have finally recovered from the financial burden of failed In-Vitro Fertilization and now this financial burden stands in their way. This is literally the only obstacle preventing them from bringing a sibling group into their forever family.
