Our goal is to help non-profit organizations in the MetroWest area by raising funds and awareness for their causes. We are empowered to make a difference, so a donation of any size is greatly appreciated.
Youth in Philanthropy is a program organized by the Foundation for Metrowest. YIP teaches students about how non-profit organizations operate, fundraising, and how to evaluate grant applications. As part of the program, our class has been tasked with raising at least $1,000. After researching different organizations and reviewing grant applications, we will grant funds to two local non-profits which support underserved youth in our community.
