Help a Bernie Delegate go to DNC

My name is Walter M Conklin and I was elected to be a Rhode Island District 1 pledged delegate for Bernie Sanders at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, PA in July. I have been a supporter of Senator Sanders' presidential campaign since it began and have done everything I could to promote both his candidacy for President and the common sense progressive ideas he stands for. 

I look forward to continuing my role in the "Political Revolution" movement that Sen. Sanders has started with his campaign.  The next step will be attending the DNC in July to support Sen. Sander's efforts to bring a fundamental change to the Democratic party and fight for a progressive party platform that calls for a $15 an hour minimum wage, an end to our disastrous trade policies, a Medicare-for-all health care system, breaking up Wall Street financial institutions, ending fracking in our country, making public colleges and universities tuition free, and passing a carbon tax so we can effectively address the planetary crisis of climate change. 

Unfortunately, they cost of attending the Democratic National Convention is quite high, which is why I'm asking for your help.  Your donations are greatly appreciated and will make a tremendous difference in my ability to do the job the people of RI elected me to do and keep the "Political Revolution" moving forward!
