Missions in Africa

When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?”

ELWA Hospital is located 12 miles outside of Monrovia, the capital and primary city in Liberia, West Africa.

The new ELWA  Hospital facility is open and working on building its infrustructure.  In June they will build shelves in the warehouses to organize hospital inventory.

I was invited to help set up a simple inventory system for the hospital and train staff in June.  I know, it’s fast!Initially, I serve just three to four weeks.

Organization and inventory control is key to ensuring supplies are available for treating patients. They need a simple system right now which of course makes me more comfortable helping out.  

My call began in 2001. "Feed His lambs."  I remain available to serve, gratefu for each opportunity God has given me. This call to feed His lambs remains on my heart. 

I have to to three additional mission short term trips and time set aside until the end of october. I am seeking to serve God by seeking His will and timing.

The doors are opening through circumstances. I am now pushing on the doors by  praying for God's discernment and confirmation.   Will you pray with me?

I also need help with expenses for food, lodging and travel that will cost over $10,000 between June and November. 

 I have seen God provide this confirmation by moving in the hearts of his people. I still remember one dear servant who offered to pray and then opened her small wallet to share the last $4 she had in it. She gave all she had at the time, generously and insistently.

In November I will be switching gears and going to focus on children's ministry. The remaining funds raised will fund tripsteaching at chidlren'scenters in Africa.  For these trips I am raising the funds through GoFundMe.  You can also send funds directly to PO Box 31875 Seattle WA. 98103.  I will direct them to the ministry directly.

Please pray with me as I seek to serve God, in His will and timing.  Please thank Him with me that I have this short time to explore and follow His leading.
